  We were very happy with the quality of the service from Aarons, and our interstate move went very smoothly. Being the cheapest quote out of 7 companies was an added bonus.

  There was also an issue with the initial pack where we were not advised that they didn't take any bottle that was opened (this includes perfumes & all other bathroom products) and the woman also advised that she didn't like packing woman's wardrobe items, bags shoes or personal effects. She then made her distain for this very apparent in her packing of these items (including packing high heals with fragile silk blouses and canvas art for them to stick holes into).

  If we could give 2 different ratings however, 5 stars would go to the crew who unpacked in Brisbane, not only were they funny, they were respectful and treated everything like it was their own - they also apologized to my partner about the terrible state the container was packed, the broken and damaged items and for the unfriendly grump in Perth that she encountered. She must have liked them because she gave them her stash of Kitkats to eat on their way!

  Terrible packing service and zero communication on the interstate (Perth to Melbourne) move and arrival of household items and furniture. We have unpacked damaged items and have experienced several cases where a large box was packed completely with paper and only 1 frypan/Wok/book was contained within (at the very bottom). In the case of our vacuum this was packed in 3 different pieces over three boxes containing multiple other kitchen items/books.

  Edit: Dropping it down to 1 star as no one has contacted me regarding this as stated in the reply/ no messages have been left on my voicemail for me to contact anyone to discuss. On unpacking the final boxes it was discovered that items were not grouped as suggested and that linen from one area can be found in bedroom, bathroom and Kitchen boxes and an assortment of jewellery items have been tossed into boxes as an after thought . I would never be recommending Aarons "full packing service" to anyone who wishes to have their goods packed respectfully and without incident

  The 1 star is for the Relocation from Perth to Brisbane. My partner was there when they arrived to pack the boxes, the older guy was rough with our belongings, had no regard for anything marked fragile and when asked to treat one item with extreme care grunted "yeah whatever". We asked or a large TV box when the initial quote was done, they didn't bring one, complained about the guy that did the quote and simply shoved the TV in at the end with a blanked on it and said "not our problem, ring the office". The state of our boxes when they reached Brisbane was not surprisingly squashed boxes and in a few cases plastic tubs in pieces - we have the photos!

  Great service. On time, friendly and efficient. Hourly rate pretty high but the two guys were great and worked as fast as they could. Move was Willagee to Port Kennedy so lots of on the road time involved.
