  Right from the very first time we met Christophe it was a great experience! His professional manner made selling our home a breeze. Christophe kept us informed every step along the way either by calling/texting us. Christophes knowledge and marketing expertise led to a quick and very successful sale of our home.

  They have managed my property since 2010. Until my current agent I was happy but now I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Lengthy periods without contact, taking leave without advising landlords. Not addressing tenant property damage in an effective time frame. Lengthy periods to address property repairs after tenants vacate leading to long vacancy. Not advertising the property until the property repairs are complete. (fair enough you say, but not when it takes four months to arrange someone to attend to repairs) Not ensuring the bond is released and damage claims over the bond also not attended to in a timely manner via action through the courts. Not addressing nor advising the landlord of incoming bills resulting in the agencies threatening legal action.

  I just wanted to say that Helen is such a lovely lady, she's so open and sweet and down to earth. She's the kind of agent that you can tell isn't all about selling you a house; she's about finding you your perfect home. Just an great person.
